Your privacy matters.

What we collect and why

• Account information: when you register or sign in, Supabase processes your email, account identifier and authentication information. Google sign-in may provide your name and profile image. An optional photo and onboarding preferences personalize your account.
• Your prompt library: prompts, boards, tags and favorites are stored on your device. When you use Pro cloud sync, account-owned library data is also stored in Supabase so it can sync between devices.
• AI features: when you use generation, refinement or suggestions, relevant text, selected prompts, interests and category context are processed by our server and Google Gemini. Suggestions may use up to three recent prompts. Usage counts help enforce your plan’s limits. Avoid including sensitive personal information in prompts you send to AI.
• Purchases: Google Play processes payments. RevenueCat processes your app account identifier, purchase and subscription status to provide Pro access. We do not receive your full payment-card details.
• Advertising and diagnostics: AdMob may process device identifiers, advertising identifiers, IP address, ad interactions and diagnostic data. When enabled in the app build, Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics process usage events, app/device information and crash reports to help us understand reliability and improve the app.
• Deletion requests: we process your email and a short-lived verification challenge. Resend delivers the verification email. Codes are stored as protected hashes, expire after ten minutes and have limited attempts.

Permissions and on-device features

The optional Android floating overlay displays your saved prompts over other apps. Clipboard actions let you copy prompts. If you choose a profile photo, the selected image is uploaded to your private profile-photo storage. These features do not require uploading your entire photo library. You can manage app permissions in Android Settings.

Who processes information

We use service providers to deliver authentication, storage, AI, subscriptions, advertising, diagnostics and transactional email. Their processing may occur outside your country. Read their policies: Supabase, Google (including Gemini, Firebase, AdMob and Play), RevenueCat, and Resend. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or necessary to protect the service and its users.

Retention and deletion

We retain your active account and synced library while your account exists. You can remove individual prompts in the app or delete your account and associated cloud data. Account deletion removes your authentication record, profile, uploaded photo, synced prompts and boards, preferences, AI suggestions, usage and entitlement records. We request RevenueCat profile deletion as part of that process.

Deletion from the active database completes after successful email verification. Provider backups, security logs, diagnostics and legally required payment records may remain for the applicable provider’s retention period; they are not part of your active LLMate account. For questions about a specific record or provider retention, contact us. Offline data stays on a device until removed in the app or through Android’s app-storage settings. Account deletion does not automatically cancel a Google Play subscription.

Your choices and security

You can use a local library without creating an account, choose whether to use cloud and AI features, manage Android permissions and advertising settings, and request access, correction or deletion of personal information. We use encrypted connections and access controls to protect cloud information. No storage or transmission method is completely secure.

This website

The landing and privacy pages are static. The deletion form sends information only when you submit it and does not store your email or code in browser storage. We do not add advertising or analytics trackers to this website. The hosting provider may process ordinary request logs, such as IP address and browser information, to serve and secure the site.

Children and updates

LLMate is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us to request its removal. We may update this policy as the app changes and will update the effective date above.
